MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Cooking classes built for real life—and seriously good food
Apricot Kitchen began with friends asking for the same thing: “Can you show me how to cook without making it complicated?” I started teaching small, hands-on classes focused on practical techniques—knife skills, timing, seasoning, and confidence—so you can make meals you’re proud of any night of the week.
Today I teach couples, busy professionals, and friend groups in a warm, modern studio setting. You’ll get clear demos, guided practice, and plenty of tasting—plus take-home recipes you’ll actually use. Looking for a private class or team event? I’ll tailor the menu and pace to your group and goals.
Student reviews
What students say after class at Apricot Kitchen
Real feedback from home cooks, couples, and busy professionals who came in curious and left confident at the stove.
I’ve taken a lot of classes, but this one finally made techniques click. The pacing was perfect, and I left with meals I actually want to cook again.

Daniel Okafor
Home cook & weekend host
Warm, encouraging, and super clear. I came in nervous about knife skills and left feeling safe, fast, and way more efficient in my own kitchen.

Priya Raman
Busy professional & meal-prep fan
Best date night we’ve had in ages. We learned real techniques, not just a recipe, and the food tasted restaurant-level. We’re booking the next class.

Sofia Klein
Class attendee (couples session)
